Program Information & Participant Guidelines

1. About the Program

Basic Shiksha Foundation is a registered social/educational organization working with the objective of supporting students, promoting education and creating meaningful opportunities for people connected with our educational initiatives.

Through this program, we aim to provide part-time income opportunities to students and individuals who are willing to participate in our genuine online educational and awareness activities.

The program is designed to be simple, transparent, task-based and completely online, so that a student or any interested person can participate from their available location and time.

2. Who Can Join?

·        Any student or individual who wants to earn through a part-time activity.

·        A person who can communicate and work responsibly.

·        A person willing to participate in educational and awareness activities.

·        A person who can complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.

·        A person who wants to remain connected with an education-focused organization.

Students are especially encouraged to participate because the program can provide practical experience, communication skills, digital-work exposure and a potential source of part-time income.

3. How Does the Program Work?

The process is simple:

Registration → Task Allocation → Task Completion → Monitoring → Monthly Package → Direct Bank Payment

At the time of joining, the participant can select a registration amount according to their capacity, such as:

·        ₹500

·        ₹1,000

·        ₹2,000

·        or another amount permitted under the applicable program structure.

The registration amount determines the level/scope of activities and responsibilities assigned to the participant.

After registration, Basic Shiksha Foundation will define the participant's applicable monthly part-time income package and the activities/tasks that need to be completed.

4. What Kind of Work Will Be Given?

The activities will primarily be connected with our educational, awareness and student-support initiatives.

·        Promoting educational programs and initiatives.

·        Sharing information about scholarships and education-support opportunities.

·        Helping students understand available educational resources.

·        Supporting online educational campaigns.

·        Creating awareness about genuine educational opportunities.

·        Sharing approved educational content through appropriate digital platforms.

·        Supporting online outreach and community engagement.

·        Helping people connect with relevant Foundation programs.

·        Other reasonable online activities related to education and awareness.

Important: No participant will be intentionally given an impossible or unreasonable task.

Tasks will be designed according to the participant's selected program level and will be communicated clearly.

5. Task Monitoring

Every assigned activity will be subject to task monitoring and performance verification.

Transparency + Accountability + Fairness

Participants will be informed about:

·        What task has been assigned.

·        What is expected from them.

·        The applicable completion timeline.

·        How their performance will be evaluated.

The participant's monthly package will depend upon their continued participation and satisfactory completion of the assigned activities.

6. Monthly Part-Time Income

If the participant regularly completes the assigned tasks and fulfills the applicable requirements, the participant will remain eligible for the monthly part-time income package assigned to their program.

The payment schedule may be arranged according to the applicable program terms.

Participants may receive their eligible payment monthly or weekly, wherever such payment option is available under the applicable program.

All eligible payments will be transferred directly to the participant's verified bank account.

There is no requirement to receive program payments through another person's bank account, unofficial wallet or personal UPI account.

7. What Happens If a Participant Does Not Complete the Tasks?

Complete the assigned work → Remain eligible for the applicable income package.

If a participant does not complete the assigned activities or repeatedly fails to perform the required tasks, the Foundation will communicate the performance status to the participant.

Where applicable, the current month's eligible package may be processed according to the program terms, but the participant may not remain eligible for future monthly payments unless the required activities are resumed or the program is renewed.

The purpose is not to penalize anyone. The purpose is to ensure that the income opportunity remains connected with actual participation and contribution.

8. Registration Amount & Refund Policy

The registration amount under this specific program is refundable, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

If You Want to Leave the Program

If a participant decides to discontinue the program, they should inform the Foundation in advance, preferably at the beginning of the relevant month.

Subject to the applicable program conditions, the eligible registration amount will be returned to the participant's own verified bank account.

One-Year Program Validity

The registration is valid for one program year.

If a participant remains continuously connected with the program for the complete one-year period and receives the applicable benefits/income package throughout that program period, the registration amount will not be refunded at the completion of that one-year cycle, as per the applicable program terms.

If the participant wishes to continue for the next year, they may apply for re-registration/renewal under the then-applicable program structure.

9. Important Clarification

This program is not designed as an investment scheme, trading scheme, quick-money scheme or online earning fraud model.

The purpose of the program is to:

·        Promote education.

·        Support students.

·        Create awareness.

·        Provide meaningful online participation opportunities.

·        Develop practical and digital skills.

·        Create a structured part-time income opportunity linked with genuine work.

Participants are expected to earn through actual participation and completion of assigned activities, not merely by registering.

10. Transparency & Authenticity

Basic Shiksha Foundation believes in:

We do not promote activities that are illegal, misleading or fraudulent.

Every participant should understand the program conditions before registration.

The Foundation will communicate the applicable:

·        Registration amount.

·        Program level.

·        Tasks.

·        Performance requirements.

·        Monthly package.

·        Payment process.

·        Refund conditions.

Participants should always use the official communication channels of Basic Shiksha Foundation for program-related information and payments.

No participant should make any payment to an unauthorized individual claiming to represent the Foundation.

11. Our Purpose

The ultimate purpose of this initiative is education and empowerment.

Students can learn → People can participate → Educational initiatives can reach more people → Participants can gain experience → Eligible participants can earn through meaningful work.

Our objective is not simply to provide an earning opportunity. Our objective is to create a system where education, awareness, digital participation and social contribution can work together.

12. A Simple Rule

“If you complete the work assigned to you, you remain eligible for the applicable program benefits. If you do not participate or complete the required activities, your future eligibility may be discontinued.”

Tasks will be assigned keeping the participant's program level and reasonable capacity in mind.

13. Future Opportunities

Being connected with the program does not automatically guarantee employment or a job. However, consistent performance and participation may help eligible participants become suitable for future opportunities.
