Member’s Responsibility in BSA NGO

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the NGO's services / products, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable / needy audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content to effectively communicate the NGO’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, designers, and fundraisers to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website optimization to increase service visibility and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders including donors, partners, and community members to support NGO’s promotion and fundraising efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to promotion and fundraising for NGOs.
  • Represent the NGO and its services/products at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to raise awareness and generate support.
  • Support the development of fundraising initiatives by providing marketing insights and collateral to enhance donor engagement and acquisition.

=> Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
=> Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
=> Passion for social impact and commitment to the mission of the NGO.
=> Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
=> Prior experience working with NGOs or in the development sector is a plus.
